Not the destination. Every step of the journey toward it.
This begins now.
Fifteen years ago, Rockstar Assembly and Installations was the whole plan. Show up. Do the work. Build a reputation. It was honest labor, and it still is. But what began as a service business became something else over time: a laboratory for understanding how systems work, how people work, and what happens when you build with enough intention to see the shape of something larger.
What you are looking at is not a finished thing. It is the documented construction of something civilizational in scale. The work is real. The questions are real. The uncertainty is real. Nothing will be hidden. Not the failures. Not the pivots. Not the gaps between where this stands today and where it is going.
You are not reading a highlight reel. You are reading a journal of record.
Each project exists independently and connects to the others. A service business funds the research. The research produces the curriculum. The curriculum trains the operators. The operators build the tools. The tools fund the mission. The mission changes the direction of the species.
Where it started. A 15-year-old Atlanta-based furniture assembly and installation service, now being rebuilt with AI instrumentation for scale, documentation, and eventual sale at a premium multiple.
An independent AI research institution publishing working papers on consciousness, alignment, governance, and the structural requirements for responsible artificial general intelligence. Operating outside state and corporate funding.
The operator school built on PVI's research. Training people to work with AI systems with precision, judgment, and accountability. Not a prompt course. A new discipline.
A geopolitical research and advocacy initiative. Home of the WW3 Simulator: a live Monte Carlo probability engine publishing daily updates on global conflict escalation. Transparent methodology. Public access.
A holding company with an educational spine, covering wealth-building strategy and financial literacy. Home of The Profit University: a structured curriculum for crypto investment built on the PRISM Protocol framework.
The nonprofit entity at the center of the ecosystem. Not a charity in the traditional sense. A structural commitment: a portion of everything built here belongs to people who had no seat at the table when it started.
A deliberate return to institutional education. Not for credentials alone, but for access, affiliation, and the legitimacy that still opens certain doors. The research infrastructure is being built around this enrollment, not after it.
This log is never edited retroactively. Entries are added as decisions are made, not after they look correct.
After weeks of naming attempts across multiple candidate domains, the name arrived by working backward from the feeling. The domain was registered on Cloudflare within hours of the decision. Extensions .com, .net, .ai, and .uk will follow over the next 30 days. All will point here.
DomainAfter a multi-step CI/CD diagnosis, the GitHub Actions pipeline to Cloudflare Workers was restored and confirmed green. Daily baseline updates are live. The Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign package is complete and ready for launch timing decision.
InfrastructureA complete five-paper series on AI architecture, consciousness, ethics, governance, and institutional structure. Papers are complete but not yet submitted. They will be released under the ParVector Institute banner after entity formation and university enrollment are confirmed.
ResearchThe WW3 Simulator launched its live daily updates on the day a major geopolitical escalation began. The simulation has been running every day since. This was not planned as a launch date. The news made the launch date for us.
LaunchThese milestones are recorded when the decision is made. If a target is missed, it stays in the log. Pivots are documented, not erased.
Homepage v2, technician field report app, gamification system, scope change workflow, and payment reconciliation built. Intelligence layer and Supabase integration planned.
Daily baseline updates publishing. Indiegogo campaign package built. Launch timing TBD.
Held for entity formation and enrollment confirmation before submission.
Domain registered April 2, 2026. This site is the first public output of that decision.
Institutional affiliation is the unlock for entity formation and paper submission.
When something does not work, the record will say so. Pivots are logged with the date and the reason. Nothing is rewritten to look better in retrospect.
Revenue, costs, donations received, and how funds were used will be reported as entities are formed and thresholds are crossed. Personal constraints will be named rather than obscured.
Every major decision enters this record when it is made, not after it succeeds. This is the difference between a build log and a highlight reel.
Frameworks, named concepts, and original ideas are documented with timestamps. The record of what was conceived and when is part of the build, not separate from it.
There is one component of the long-term mission that will not be disclosed until the platform has established sufficient credibility for it to be received correctly. When that threshold is reached, this line will be replaced with a full disclosure.
Everyone who supports this build, whether through funds, time, expertise, or access, will be acknowledged by name in this record if they choose to be. No one will be used quietly.
There is no institutional backing behind this. No grants. No inherited capital. No corporate parent. Every dollar that has gone into these ventures has come from the service business that started it, and from the margins that make reinvestment possible.
If you believe in radical transparency as a building philosophy, in the mission of these ventures, or simply in the act of watching someone try to build something real from nothing, and if you have the capacity to contribute, that contribution will be acknowledged, used honestly, and reported in this log.
You are also invited to contribute in other ways. Skills, networks, expertise, access, and accountability are all forms of support. The build is collaborative by design.
Follow the build. Share it with people who need to see it. Bring your honest perspective. Accountability from people who are watching is a form of support.
If you have expertise, access, or tools that connect to any part of this work, reach out directly. Collaboration is not charity. It is how this builds faster.
Financial contributions at this stage are personal, transparent, and appreciated with honesty rather than pretense. See the pledge. Every dollar is logged.
Donations at this stage go directly to the builder and are used for domain registration, platform infrastructure, legal and entity formation costs, and the direct operational costs of building each venture. Full transparency on use of funds is part of the pledge.
Donations are personal contributions to an individual builder, not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Once We, Us, Together achieves 501(c)(3) status, a separate donation pathway will be established for tax-deductible giving to the nonprofit mission.
